LightBAR

The ideal urban oasis, tucked away in New Era Park.

Tucked away in the New Era Park neighborhood of Midtown, LightBAR pairs bright, open floor plans with a private communal courtyard, equipped with a projector for community movie nights.

Designed with local architectural firm REgroup, the building is an exercise in doing more with light: thirteen residences organized around shared space that turns neighbors into a community.
